Lock-unlock of USB port
To work safe and making sure of computer safety some time we ned to lock our USB port. Here is a step by step way to lock and unlock your USB.
Lock USB:
- Go to Start menu > Run
- Write regedit and then press OK.
- Now go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor
- Double click os Start of right panel
Stop Autorun for Pen Drive
We use pen drive to transfer data to one computer to another. Mostly this way our computer attract by virus. So we should be careful when we use pen drive. PC auto run system run pen drive when we insert a pen drive to PC that time virus goes to PC from pen drive.
To stop Auto Run:
- Go to > StartRun
- Write gpedit.msc and then press OK
Click + on left side of User Configuration then click + on the left side of Administrative Temples. Now click on System.
Website Blocking
Some time we need to block some website like porn or other site whichever we need. We can do it from browser or Windows. If we block from browser, it is easy to unblock but we can do it secretly from Windows and it is useful. To do it just go to Start menu and Run and past the code given below then press enter.

Make Bootable USB to Install Windows 7
Here is a way to install Windows 7 from your USB drive. This is mostly useful to Notebook which doesn’t have any CD or DVD drive. However, you need to follow few steps to successfully finish it.
A. Pen Drive Partition and format:
At first we need 8 GB Pen Drive and Windows 7 operating system for better service to make the Pen Drive bootable. To do that we have to make partition of the pen drive and format it specially.
